Refund and Returns Policy

Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are only available for unopened items in their original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at elsa@m-mps.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if the product arrived damaged.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective products. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
